Hi, I'm Ed Napleton, President of Napleton Automotive Group.

Ed Napleton is a third-generation auto dealer, and president of Ed Napleton Automotive Group. The Group owns dealerships in Florida, Illinois and Missouri and employs more than 1,000 people in those communities. Ed Napleton Becaome the youngest car dealer in the United States when he opened a Pontiac Dealership in Blue Island, IL at at 23. Since then, he has grown the business based on customer service and community support.

This was my first dealership, a Pontiac franchise in Blue Island, Illinois. I was just 23 years old, the youngest car dealer in the United States. I started in 1975 and we sold the dealership in 1990

Before I could have my own store, I had to work my way through the ranks at the company. I started sweeping floors and moved my way through sales, service and finances before moving into a leadership role. I started working as a kid after school and during the summer until I took control of my own store in 1975.
